Background:
Chris brings to Pratt Child Legal Group twenty plus years of experience in real estate, contract law, bankruptcy, mortgage banking, creditor’s rights, litigation, and default management experience.

Chris started his career with a national mortgage lender in 2001 and quickly moved throughout the company over the following sixteen years, learning and managing various departments before settling into his legal management role. In 2009 he started back to school for his J.D. while continuing his full-time career; after graduating he continued as in-house counsel and business manager for default litigation/servicing in forty-eight states. After several years Chris jumped into private practice where he has expanded his civil litigation experience within real estate, contract law, bankruptcy, as well as probate & estates.

Personal: Chris and his wife of twenty plus years, Kim, love living and working in East Tennessee where they both grew up. They have two wonderful children who also grew up in this area where they thrived in their schools and communities. Since finishing his military service and college studies he has served on various non-profit boards while also pursuing his love of the outdoors.
