Background:
Mr. Pratt is founder of Pratt Child Legal Group, PLLC. and is currently acting as Regional
VP of East Tennessee for the associated Foundation Title and Escrow Series, LLC. Prior to
focusing his legal practice solely on real estate in both legal and title insurance arenas,
Mr. Pratt spent 15 years as a trial lawyer handling a variety of commercial and general
civil disputes for commercial and residential lenders, builders/developers, title insurers,
and the manufactured-housing industry. He has extensive experience in lender and
finance litigation resulting from several years working for one of the premier real estate
foreclosure firms in the county. His experience also includes several years of work for
appellate advocacy in both federal and state courts. Mr. Pratt currently concentrates his
practice in the areas of banking, real estate development, loan transactions and title
insurance matters.
